NOTES FOR READERS / ATTENDEES -

- Do you have a book series you love? A favourite author? Please comment on this thread! We would love to know who you'd like to see <3

- We are looking for someone to run a Cozy Fantasy Trivia Night. Are you an avid reader well versed in the genre? Would you like to run your own panel on cozy trivia? Reach out!

NOTES FOR AUTHORS / PANELISTS:

- We welcome cozy fantasy authors / influencers / agents / publishers from the self-published, indie published and trade published world. (ie everyone)

- We do not include authors who are published Oct-Dec 2025. We ask that only authors with an already published cozy fantasy by October apply.

- We support diversity, equity, inclusion and accessibility. Too, Rainbow Rep is very welcome!

- We try to have a mix of new and old panelists, so if you attended last year please understand that we love you and would love to have you back but you might not be selected. There are only so many panelists we can host reasons- but you are absolutely welcome to send in promotional material for your latest works and we will try to include it in the newsletters/website as best we are able.

- We do screen, but gently. Cozy is a vibe, and we are a very close community on r/cozyfantasy who celebrate the things we love - and we listen to all voices in these decisions. If there are overwhelming reviews / posts / outcry over something being not cozy when advertised as such, then we will trust our community.

- No Ai. We understand that many authors might use things like pro-writing aid / grammarly to help edit their works, or whip up a cool cover with stock images - what we mean by No AI is AI Generated Story Text or Cover Images.

We are a for-free, for-fun, cozy fantasy convention- and we would be nothing without everyone who helps make the tea happen. 

If you would like to volunteer, we are looking for moderators, scheduler / data input, oversite (making sure my links work and the name's are spelled correctly), activity rooms, panel hosts, tech support and more. We would love to hear from you at our email lazy dragon books @ gmail . com
